We are looking to strengthen our team with a
Part-Time Freight Forwarder (m/f/d)
as parental leave cover.
Your essential tasks and responsibilities
- Organizing national and international shipping of goods to customers and suppliers
- Obtaining quotes and commissioning freight forwarding companies
- Coordinating the packaging of components and systems
- Preparing all necessary shipping, export, and import documents
- Handling customs clearance and corresponding with authorities
- Ensuring the reliable and efficient processing of our logistics procedures
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a Freight Forwarder (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in customs and export processing, as well as experience with ATLAS
- A structured and independent way of working with a high commitment to quality
- Strong team spirit and a confident communication style
- Fluent in German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2)
